Nicola Daley

Nicola Daley is an award winning Cinematographer with a passion for creative and strong storytelling.

Nicola has won numerous ACS awards, including a recent Gold award for her short drama work. Nicola was selected for the outstanding cinematography award at the 2009 World of Women Film Festival and the 2008 Fuji Film Flickerfest Award for Best Cinematography.

Nicola moved from England to Sydney in 1999. ᅠShe was accepted into the prestigious Australian Film, TV and Radio School to study a Master of Arts in Cinematography in 2003. Nicola collaborated on the Oscar nominated short film THE SAVIOUR.

Nicola has experience with film and HD in all areas, from music videos to drama to documentary. ᅠShe is currently working with some of Australia’s most renowned documentary makers, and has travelled worldwide with her work. Nicola has just completed the flagship documentary series for 2011 SEX: AN UNNATURAL HISTORY for SBS and Matchbox Pictures.
